Pottery Wheel Course – September 2022 – Monday Mornings – Level 2+

Wheel Course – Level 2+

You will learn how to work with larger pieces of clay and make projects such as teapots and lidded pots, as well as building large pots using multiple thrown components. You will be challenged to stretch your creativity and refine your technique in a supportive and friendly environment by Roberto, Studio owner and ceramics Master.

This course is suitable for people who are seeking to improve their existing throwing skills and can already centre and open-up a ball of clay that is at least 1kg.

Course overview – 7 weeks of throwing, turning and joining with demonstrations as required, 2 weeks focusing on decorating and glazing.

Please note there are no classes during the school’s half term week.

Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that sometimes plans change. If the you are not able to attend the course, please inform us by email at least 2 days before the course start date.

If we are able to re-sell your space, you shall only be liable for an administration fee of £10.

If we are not able to re-sell your space, the following shall apply:

  • Cancellations made within 10 days of the start date will be non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 11-30 days of the start date will be refunded 50% of the Fee.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of the course start date will be charged £10 to cover administration charges and the balance of the Fee refunded.

Please note that missed portions of any multi-day Course cannot be carried over to any other Course.
