Alongside Roberto, we now have two other teachers offering pottery courses, you can read some information below.
I’ve always been fascinated by pottery, especially on the wheel, after watching a craftsperson making large pots at a museum as a child.
I started attending courses many years ago (who remembers Roberto’s studio in Kemp Town?) I focused on hand building for a while but have always had my eye on the pottery wheel. I’ve been throwing ‘seriously’ for the last 4 years, getting more dedicated over time.
Sabine has expressed her love for ceramics by exploring its manifold techniques and characteristics with children, young people and adult learners for many years. Her aim is to generate in her students a sense of curiosity, exploration and joy and to support each individual in finding their own creative expression in clay.
